carhireexcess.com to advertise on SKY News

It was announced on May 13th that Carhireexcess.com part of the Blue Insurances group is to launch a television advertising campaign on Sky News to promote their worldwide cover for car hire insurance excess.

The campaign managed by Media Agency Group will reach ABC1 adults who tune into Sky Media and support the airport advertising campaign at Manchester, Gatwick and Stansted Airports.

The TV ad is an animated paper fold out story of a holidaying family landing at their destination airport and experiencing the pitfalls of not covering the excess that most car rental agreements enforce when repairs or replacements on a vehicle are required.

With excess charges varying from £100 to £2,000 the ad highlights you can cover your excess from £1.99 per day and website address, and company telephone number to call for more information.

Recommended by Media Agency Group due to its audience profile Sky News has a monthly reach of 8.3m individuals and viewer insights show Sky News viewers are more likely to enjoy 3+ long holidays per year.

Hiring a car over the May half term bank holiday?

This weekend's bank holiday weather does not look too exciting in the London area. Are you planning a trip to a warmer climate and hiring a car?

Although the tempertatures in a destination like Monaco are not much higher than in London, it looks like the sun will be out.

Mind you it might be rather expensive visiting Monaco this weekend. The F1 Monaco Grand Prix is being held and heading off to another hot destination might be a better idea.

From personal experience the Historic Monaco Grand Prix that is held every other year costs about 10 per cent of what you would spend on a F1 ticket. The next one will be in May 2014.

So if you are heading off to the sun and have not booked your car hire yet pay a visit to our car hire page at the insurance4carrental.com site HERE. Car hire brokers like Holiday Autos , Economy Car Hire , Rental Cars and Carrentals the comparisson site,.Incidentally if you are staying at home needing to hire a van Holiday Autos offer this service as well and also Motorhome Hire.

So you have arranged the car hire, what about the excess insurance. Buying this from an indepenent insurance company can save you a lot of money. There are a great choice of insurance companies advertising here    Questor Insurance, Worldwideinsure, iCarhireinsurance, carhireexcess.com, insurance4carhire, Essential Travel and ProtectYourBubble.

Finally don't forget your Travel Insurance - Find a great selection Here

Have a great bank holiday weekend and if you are on holiday during the half term break enjoy it after the long cold winter we have just had.
