Whilst making a car hire booking a few days ago on the holiday autos website, I noticed that they are also offering motor home hire and van hire.
As I needed to rent a van to collect some furniture from Ikea in London, I decided to try them.
It was very straigtforward going to their website -

So I decided to give them a try. Their rental partner was Europcar and I also took the precaution of pre-buying van hire excess insurance on a daily policy via
Insuremycarhire.com ( http://www.insuremycarhire.com/vanExcess.asp?refID=1194&subRefID=188 ) who are part of Insurance4carhire, a company formed in 2002 as an innovative online company specialising in the provision of polices to cover excess on car hire.
As it was a Monday morning, I had to wait whilst the van was prepared and within a short while we were on our way. The price was most competitive and it was returned back to the Europcar office with a full tank of fuel so ther were no deductions.
